What We Learned Today October 19th, 2007To be healthy you have to eat tons of fruits and vegetables and vitamin C helps your skin heal. Vitamin A helps you see in the dark. There are 8 different kinds of Vitamin B. 70 percent of your body is water. Carbohydrates give you lots of energy. Sweets give you tons of energy too but lasts very short. When you breath you lose 2 cups of water. Running a marathon makes you lose 4 quarts of water.

hi ryan,,,,i never knew you could lose 4 quarts of water running in a marathon!! remember when uncle brian ran the boston marathon and his feet were so sore?? love mom

Hi Ryan,
Imagine how much water you and RJ lose when you round around the house? I learn alot by reading your classs’s website, you are so lucky!
I also read about you needing change for your next lesson. MAybe I should have you clean out my car and keep all the chamge that you find (like you usually do).
